ABOUT ALBY

Alby started in a small home with a four-month-old on my hip.

I started Alby Cosmetics in May 2023, on maternity leave with my son Luca. He was four months old. I wanted something of my own - something I could build slowly, with him nearby, that could grow into more than one thing.

The name is his. Alby is Luca's - Luca Alby - which makes it ours.

Alby makes cosmetic bags for the way you actually get ready. Quilted, considered, and big enough to hold your full routine - not just the edit of it. Our pieces come in sizes for everything from a weekend mini to a full hair-tool kit, designed to live on your vanity and travel with you when you need them to.

Alby is for the girls who want their everyday things to feel a little more special. The ones who get complimented on their bag before their outfit. The ones who already know the routine is the point.

Alby is run as consciously as we can manage. Our packaging is environmentally friendly. And any bag with a minor cosmetic flaw - a small mark, an imperfect logo - goes to Sample Sale at a heavy discount, rather than to landfill. Small cosmetic things. Never anything structural. It's a small commitment, but it's one of the parts of Alby I'm proudest of.
