However, if you do have a change of mind you are welcome to return it to us within 15 days of receiving your order in exchange for a different item or a refund.

​We will offer a refund if an item is faulty or not up to standard and you do not want a replacement - if this does occur please email us immediately with a image/video of the fault and/or the reason of wanting a refund along with your order number & packing slip included in your package to: contact@albycosmetics.com.au

​The item/s must be in original condition - must not have been used, washed or altered in any way. 

Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or store credit.

We have the right to refuse returns if they do not comply.
